Also, good point about PRO being boring. No problem with effectively removing it. Maybe AGG at -1 instead?

I think it's a given that Ichabod is first and Pindicator is last given time zones, that just leaves myself/Regoarrarr/Ruff to order, as I think we're all in the eastern time zone. Perhaps Ichabod-Ruff-Regoarrarr-scooter-Pindicator should be our order? I'd probably prefer to be last of the trio given that I'm often up fairly late should the turn come in later than usual. Ruff/Regoarrarr, you guys have a preference on who goes before who?
The play order should be by time zone (I am GMT-5 or NYC). Turn order can be random ... just start at the appropriate place in the play order.
Play Order (say)
- Ichabod
- Ruff
- Rego
- Scooter
- Pindicator
Mr MapMaker rolls a magic dice and I win(!) - thus going first. Then the Turn Order is ...
- Ruff
- Rego
- Scooter
- Pindicator
- Ichabod

In fact, PRO would be just fine at -∞ (and probably AGG too). However, look at what effect that has. It essentially allows the following pairings:
EXP/ORG + India/Inca
FIN + Vikings/Dutch
... and that's it. So instead of people picking only the top traits and civs if we didn't have any restrictions, now (if anyone thinks it's worthwhile) you have someone picking only top traits and civs except they only get one trait! Is that really more interesting? I think it's less interesting.
I'm ok with PRO being -1 ... but how about we up some of the stronger traits so that if you want to use them, you have to partner them with PRO and a '-1' civ. I think there are some things that you can do with PRO ... but no one has really dug into it (enough).

Catwalk - we're fine, we can handle our game setup . Seven's original setup is fine, no need to encourage people to pick PRO.
Ruff - yes, we're in agreement, that's what I was saying. Sorry if it wasn't clear. I'm asking if we're ok with a play order of Ichabod-Ruff-Rego-scooter-Pin. Does that work? Once we get that confirmed, we're good to get a random number rolled to determine who gets first pick (and by extension who is last in the turn order).

My play times are the following (I'm at GMT -2 now, due to summer saving time):
13:30 - 15:30 GMT
20:30 - 01:00 GMT
Both are very reliable. During weekends, I can be extremely avaiable or non-avaiable, depending on each one. Normally, I'm avaiable for at least one turn.

Catwalk, you can propose modifying that point system in the greens game but i think we are good with what seven put forward

After seeing Catwalk's suggestion I have to laugh at this.

I think that I should go before Ruff. I generally can play quite frequently, so I think that would be faster. But I'm fine either way

That sounds good then. So Ichabod-Rego-Ruff-scooter-Pin.
I think we're all set then? Can you guys think of anything else that needs to be discussed before somebody picks a random number to determine who picks first? (please don't do this until we give the OK, that's always awkward when it comes too soon)

We are all agreeing on 2x Last to First for picking, right?
