I found something interesting about our turn limit issue in LordParkin's Pitboss 4 thread:

That's just a Civstats quirk. The actual turn limit for the game is 999 turns (and I'm not sure why that needed to be set anyway - that's a Sunrise quirk, I think).

Also, when I logged in yesterday I looked and the settings screen said there was a 999-turn limit. I assumed somebody changed it somehow, but maybe it was like that all along!

No, but according to his PB8 thread Lewwyn has internet issues.

EDIT: I paused the game with 31 minutes left on the clock.

I have internet again so I can play the turn. I will need someone to unpause the game for me if I'm to play our turn however. Let me know before pausing though so I have enough time to get in the game.
