We can settle the city and produce units working the cows and then a mine. After we've teched Calendar borders should have expanded, and we can tech Iron Working to get the gems and bananas improved.
When you say gems next, are you thinking of the settler out of FP, or the one we will get post-Oracle out of AO?

Yeah sorry, I mean settling gems with the settler built in AO around turn 68. The settler built before that in FP should settle the clams city.
I have to run.

No big deal, and I agree.
Here is a scout plan for our spear, that I think will reveal a good set of tiles and make him available to guard the Bananagem city:

With kjn's suggestion of the spear movement, we don't need the warrior sticking around, I think.

That's not quite true, as we would like to move the settler to the circled square on T70, and we would have no visibility on the tile NW of that on that turn.
If we're willing to delay settling until T71 (whipping the settler one turn later), it does work out.
Edit: Maybe the warrior can stay put in the gems area, and the axe that secures our clam city can move back to Horse Feathers for a couple of turns. That allows Horse Feathers to grow to size 4 by T70, when it can double-whip one axe and overflow into another. With axes also coming out of FP and MM in the T71-T73 timeframe, that would finally free up some more units for scouting.
Edit2: Actually, if we're going to whip HF at size 4 anyway, it doesn't need any military police until then. So the warrior can stay in the gems area, and the axe in the clam city can go scouting in the south, as planned.
If you know what I mean.

I think delaying the whip 1t is ok. We can switch to the settler T67 instead of T68, and put some foodhammers into it before the whip, which will allow us to overflow into an axe that we can finish quickly.
We should not divert the units that are headed southwest.

The point remains that HF won't need military police until it hits size 4, though (T70 at the earliest). So I don't think we should delay the settler whip just so we can bring the warrior home. Better to have the warrior sit a couple of tiles outside our borders and thereby allow us to settle one turn earlier. Moving the spear as shown is probably still a good idea.

On the other hand, we just had our first real barb unit appear, and we are dangerously low on free units. Right now, if a barb appears outside HF, we will have to do an emergency whip or move out the axe from AO.
Remember rule 1: Don't die.

We could position the warrior on the jungle hill 3N of HF (1S of the rice). That should keep HF safe from barb incursions. Then, on T70, it can move 1NE. Combined with the spear's move, this will ensure safe passage for the settler.
If you know what I mean.

We can consider moving NW instead of SW on Turn 67. One possibly unrevealed tile in the middle is of course annoying but we would get a bit more information of the north.
