Alright, we're up. I think we just need to decide whether or not we whip the axe at Barbados. We cannot see any M3 axes on our borders currently, but they could be standing on the road that we were unable to pillage.

I'm not sure why/when we started working the plains forest. I checked this morning when I logged in and it does speed up the axe by a turn (2T, rather than 3T). The citizen might have been auto-assigned to the forest when she grew from 2>3 because of the lack of happiness.
I switched EPs to Gillette since we have everyone else's graphs.

Went ahead and played turn since I only have about a half hour left this evening. I'll grabbed a fresh screenshot of the area between us an M3 which I'll post in the diplomacy thread.

Still no M3 axe's on our borders. Barbados grew to size 4 this turn, growth again in 4T, Whip Anger wears off in 5T. I suggest we turn on research in time to get pottery to coincide with growth so that we can whip in the granary (takes 3T at 100%).

Only opportunity I will have to play this turn is in about 6 hours. It's been rather quiet around here lately, so unless I hear otherwise I will do the following ...
1) Move axe from Port Royal -> Barbados / Fortify units in Barbados
2) Finish mine south of Barbados -> check tiles that Barbados is working now that she has grown. Probably work cow, both farms, and the new grass mine.
3) Start building workboat at Port Royal and finish slow-building axe from Barbados (i.e. no whip)
4) Turn on research to get pottery in 3T

Turn played as above. Here's a shot of Barbados. It's been a while since we've had one. Note: worker currently sits at 9/60.

Played turn since I'll be out again Tuesday-Thursday and there hasn't been much action around here. Someone will need to cover the next turn if it rolls before Friday morning or else the turn will be just a quick play-what-I-think-best.
Not a lot of time to comment now, but here's a few pictures: Note decreases in white corresponding to the odd score exchange I noted a turn or two ago between TEAM and Trolls (I think). Also note a few signs I placed with my thinking and purpose in worker actions. Since there's not much to do worker-wise the idea is to get the deer camped in preparation for our next city plant (3S of Barbados?).

Sounds good. Settler after Axe in Barbados, assuming M3 takes peace? (No response from them yet)

Sounds like the right course of action to me, but I still get glassy-eyed any time I see worker plans to the degree shown (although I'm getting "better" as the PBEM I'm in progresses) so my opinion may not be of real value here.
Also, I'm pretty sure that that "city for peace" assessment is correct. Such an inspiring performance by the closest thing we presently have to an "ally". All hail the Coalition Of Fail!

Pottery came in EOT. What's our next tech? Writing... we don't have the pop for Libraries yet, but there aren't many other better options besides Polytheism (Hinduism's still available if we want it).
M3 offered in-game peace, and I accepted. Now just to iron out the last details.
Since we're at peace, I didn't see the need for another Axe, and swapped Barbados to a Settler.
Also, that sign is wrong, the road 2S1E of Barbados finished this turn. Cottage, then Camp, I guess.
I think we should settle the third city closer to the river. 1SE of the Deer?

Grabbed a screenshot of the eastern region. Will try my hand at the first "real" dotmap I've ever made if I have a chance later, but here's the raw image if anyone else wants it.
