T64 - 1440BC

Cliff's Notes: Apolyton and the Germans received land points. Four pop growths for Apolyton, the Germans, CFC, and Univers, but I can't fit the required population numbers to their current cities. The Spanish received a tech with zero power in 6t, and I pencil in Pottery for them.

Demos:

Six score increases as the turn rolled, including our own. CFC and Univers each received 3 points, The Spanish received 6 points, Apolyton 9, and the Germans 10.

Apolyton and the Germans received land points: 6 and 7, respectively, leaving 3 points each.

So there are four new pop, one each for Apolyton, the Germans, CFC, and Univers, and a tech for the Spanish. The population increased with 111000, but there were no changes in the top cities screen. Rival top rose to 294000, rival worst to 64000, and we dropped from #2 to #3 in the population ranking.

111000 over 4 pop requires cities of size 2, 3, 3, and 4 growing, but none of our candidates have a size 4 city, so that leaves me again to check if I did an incorrect assignment earlier banghead I also can't get Univers to pass us in population with these constraints. The only sure thing is that Apolyton has grown their third city from size 3 to size 4.

Total power rose with 2000, 1000 each to the Germans and CFC from pop.

The Spanish researched a tech without power in in 6t, and I pencil in a tentative Pottery for them.

WPC has renamed their most recent city to WeProvideCopper.

With dog soldiers, who cares?

Anyway, I had noted their city name as WePiggleConstantly. I liked mine better.

Might just be a friendly warning to their chariot UU neighbour that they can build spears?

Solving the population problem

The following changes happened to the population on T64:

4 new pop points
Total increase of 111000 in rival population
111000 over 4 pop requires cities of size 2, 3, 3, and 4 growing
We dropped from #2 to #3 in the population ranking

The Germans and CFC can't pass us among the four teams that gained pop this turn. The only way that Univers can pass us (Apolyton is rival best) with 17 pop over 5 cities is by the cities having size 5, 5, 5, 1, and 1. Ie, Univers must have cities of size 5, 5, 4, 1, 1 on T63. Ie, the error goes back to T58... banghead

Right now I have no idea on how the cities of Univers has developed. shakehead

Someone could have whipped one city while other cit(ies) grew, could that be throwing you off?
I have to run.

That would've shown up on Civstats. I think I've managed to keep quite good track of the whips.

And now I've checked the last few turns - all whips are noted in the C&D score tracking.
