So turn order is legohydra > Azza > serdoa > old harry > legohydra. Does that mean I get to choose pick order?

About the spiting, does that include whipping down a city the turn before it's taken? I assume dry whipping a defender is fine, whereas dry whipping 4 units on the same turn of which only one will be completed is not.

Events, huts and barbs off IMO. Difficulty whatever suits the map for reasonable maintenance levels.

Yeah, that sounds spiteful to me, so I think it's covered under article n) of the RBPBEM46 constitution. I didn't even realise it was possible!
