Year 2213:
Sian offered me some silly resource deals. I'm not sure if he did it for fun or he really doesn't have a clue.
I declared and navigated the fleet onto a pretty forkable tile.
Last turn Sian discovered Biofuel so his best defensive unit is now the Hyperian (5 strength, 25% vs. Infantry). Now that's a more appropriate unit to greet the Spartans.

Before:
Fountainhead and Morgan Bank are defended by 1 Flamethrower only, meaning that I can attack both bases from the sea at 99%+ odds. Which I did. The toughest fight was with a Marine defending Morgan Hydrochemical, who was defeated by a CRIII InVitro at 78%.
After:
Three cities captured, all but one InVitros landed. The numbers in the black signs represent InVitros on that tile, respectively 4, 5 and 3. No Hyperions sighted so far. Maybe Sian will manage to field a few next turn.
Mardoc is researching Atmospherics, which will give him access to Drop Troopers, a unit a bit weaker than InVitros (6 vs 7str) but very nasty due to their ability to perform a paradrop, thus threatening many cities and improvements at once.

Captured another 2 Sian's cities (Morgan Industries and 3DVision). Sian's now down to 4 cities, I'm up to 15 - the same number as Mardoc.
Sian flew 5 Rotors to the front, one with C6. They might do some damage but combat should wear them down eventually.

Sian attacked a squad of InVitros with Rotors, killing 2 InVitros and losing 2 Rotors (including the C6 one). I killed off 2 of the remaining Rotors losing another InVitro at 86%. The last rotor (and the last defender of Atlas) was below 1.0 health EOT.
Also killed Sian's Submarine and moved 2 Subs and 2 Transports towards Atlas for easy access to Fallingwater and Morgan Polysoft (Sian's last two cities).
EOT 2215 three native lifeforms appeared between Fort Superiority and Fort Survivalist (a new coastal base). This is probably a fungal bloom that occurred due to a bug since Fort Superiority has enough culture to prevent 6 blooms and Fort Survivalist had positive shrimp rating.
I had 2 InVitros in Fort Survivalist. Figuring that it's better to attack at 3:2 than to sit ducks and wait to be attacked at 3:2, I moved both InVitros out and killed 2 worms. Alas, the 3rd one captured the empty city EOT.
I lost a pop, a dozen hammers in Perimeter Defense and probably a Naval Academy. I should take the base back next turn.

Sian attacked my Sub and Transport with a Sub and IoD. Both Sian's units lost. I captured Atlas and Carbon Valley. Only 2 Morganite cities left:
Last 4 InVitros and 2 tanks are ready to land at Fallingwater and possibly Morgan Polysoft next turn.
I also founded a city in Spartania and recaptured Fort Survivalist.

Courtesy of Sian, who probably made the worst map trade ever.

Landing at Morgan Polysoft and Fallingwater. Taking Polysoft should be easy - there's only 1 Marine in the garrison. Fallingwater is going to be trickier. First, Sian occupied the rocky tile I wanted to land at:
I had to sacrifice the tank to weaken the worm and then killed it off with a Guerilla 3 InVitro. It turned out that there are 4 (or 3, can't remember atm) tanks and a Hyperian in Fallingwater and my assault force is just 2 InVitros (the G3 one and a C3). Sian might try to suicide the tanks into the InVitros and try to kill one with the Hyperian, but he'd be against pretty high odds. The G3 InVitro is 5.7 health and +100% str on def and the C3 is 7 health and +80% str (both get +50% from rocky).
In other news, met Maniac (somehow). He's making obscene amounts of espionage points.
For C&D it doesn't matter though, I still can see his techs in the tech trade screen. At a glance he doesn't seem to have any superb techs.

Hey
Sorry for the delay, I've been really busy lately moving house & renovating the flat (still in progres). In the meantime Sian has been defeated and I received a great person after capturing Fallingwater (might be a bug). I used him to launch a golden age (Mardoc has launched his GA 2 turns ago).
I'm out of InVitros for anything else than garrison.
Here's Fallingwater, formerly Morganite and before that Gaian, a holy city of a religion whose name I can't recall atm. Somehow related to the Concordat and all that shrimp stuff.

I think I am. I have absorbed 3 factions and there are 3 AIs in the west still to be devoured. I should be ahead for conquest/domination though I'm clueless about other PF-specific victories. There's the Transcendence which requires running a specific civic and researching a high-end tech or building something? Gotta check that to make sure that noone transcends under my nose.
