WW17 - A Game of Thrones

My main impression of you is that you are an experienced player who is more often than not, pretty calculated in doing anything slightly out of the ordinary.

I just don't see you as the type to just do a 'throwaway joke' move as potentially risky as name-suggesting (as technically I don't think you have explicitly confirmed it as a claim). I don't think you would have done it without being aware of what it might suggest to everyone about who you might be. I think that had you wanted to make a joke, you could have found ways around making it such an obvious name suggestion.

That is my read on you. It may be wrong, but I can't know that for sure until after the game really.

Out of curiosity, if the congruence holds, who would I be?

Stannis Baratheon. He had the additional restriction that he couldn't change his vote once he had voted.
If you know what I mean.

It's reassuring to realize that it's not an exact match, then, and you don't have a cheatsheet. That means I won't have to decide if metagaming is ok.

Ah, nothing like some mid-morning reading smile.

Lewwyn

Congratulations, and good luck! I'm quite content with your work over the night.

Double-Voting

Kind of wished Mardoc hadn't claimed, assuming he's on the level, would've preferred forcing non-loyalists into a blind-shoot trying to get rid of the extra loyalist vote. Can see why he did though.

Voting

I prefer the case against Mattimeo over the policy lynch for Coco.

Other Things

Confused by Pindicator in post #226, I think he's mixing up Serdoa and I:

(November 16th, 2012, 11:50)pindicator Wrote: I'm not convinced by 111 (Matimeo shows up in QT#111 in Serdoa's words: Showing up in QT, stating that you wished you had shown up before Tasunke so you could have abused the name-change-functionality (!) ). That sounds like an off-the-cuff remark anybody trying to joke around would make.

Need to go to work, so I have to wait to try to digest this last post by Sareln Serdoa?. I'm wary of it, considering how his last attack on Lewwyn I thought was a great point only to have Sareln wisely refute it. And then no follow-up from Serdoa about Sareln refuting it, that was what makes me wary now.

I parked my vote on Lewwyn all night, I don't recall refuting anything of Serdoa's. Would you like to clarify Pindicator?

Aside on Names/Theme

I'm ignoring it for the most part. Only read the first book through.

Sry for lateish post, I thought we had another day.
Personally support coco lynch most, I get TTs point, but coco has contributed nothing so far, meaning reads will be difficult.

Just something for people pushing for a policy lynch.

4 players have less posts than coco does.

Azza, Jkaen, Sareln and thestick

and Sareln, Jkaen and Azza all have the same amount of posts as Loki!

If we aren't giving coco a free pass, then why are the others seemingly completely unmentioned in the same breath? Coco has done very little, but so have all of these guys to an extent.

I think we should be looking at people we might actually be able to build a case on, because all I see is a crapshoot between 5 pretty much non-posters of which only one has been pushed at all and has conveniently stayed near the top of voting all day. We might just get lucky and coco could be the lurker wolf we are looking for, but I don't like taking such a risk on it so early.

One disclaimer I have just remembered after pressing post. I have just done the old habit of checking posts on the RB clicker.

I shall now go through the QT and see if my conclusion still holds.
