* rawr has shown time and again that they're the best VoD players around and that when the pressure starts cooking they really know how to focus down and get it done. They may not win, but I think that, statistically, they have a better chance of winning than anyone else.
** dR lost a bunch of players, but they've had time to get the everyone used to playing with each other and should do well.
*** sup I'm putting low because, like rawr, they've proven themselves time and again. Unfortunately, they've proven that they can't handle high pressure situations and pretty much always lose in the semis. With the way Baby and Glad have been playing lately, I'd be surprised if they made it that far.
I don't really know anything about 1v1 so I just copied Fox's verbatim this time.

Well, I've been operating on the theory that if Rebel Rising and Stealing Society are in the top two spots then I'm bound to earn some points. Whats Going On have been doing well lately. I'll probably wind up getting my usual 80 points or so on the GvG, but this time around I can't even pull together a single educated guess for 1v1.

The guild that has proven to adapt best to the new meta is Straight Outta Kamadan [KMD], it seems. Thus, it has a good shot at the first place this time. Also, it is likely that [rawr] will play under the name Shining Fairy Princess Power [Team], so keep that in mind when you pick your choices. Other strong candidates for top 8 are Stealing Society [StS], Winner Winner Chicken Dinner [haha], Seppo Hovi Action Team [Shat], Noob Gladiators [Glad], Whats Going On [sup].
1v1 is all about the cutest names, for what I know.

Team is a smurf of Rawr, supposedly they will be playing under that guild if at all. (How would you improve on a platinum cape anyway?) They haven't qualified yet though.... meaning wait, or stick something else in the slot.
Sup's regulars are having schedule/interest issues. They are trying to qualify with any random noobs they can... which has gone badly from what I've seen.
Dark Alley is supposedly incapacitated.
One of the two sinsplit Japanese guilds is likely to top8 with the lord mechanics, so I have them both down instead of other random choices like Esoteric Warriors or Pastel Drawing
