Azza moved to the hill so he can see the 2nd warrior also coming south. I fortified the one warrior on forest/city site:

When I ended turn the turn rolled:

Things are okay, but man, I feel like we are behind everyone else a bit. I finished the Horse pasture, finished the warrior started a chariot and am working the horse, wheat, crab in the cap. Illiad grew into unhappiness and has started a worker which we'll whip when ready. Next turn the furs will be connected.

The worker need to move SE and road. The settler needs to move onto that tile as well. The warrior needs to move to cover them and the warrior on the forest stays fortified. The scout can keep forest hopping.

I'll play the next turn if Azza plays before I go to bed tonight. Otherwise I'll leave it to you.

yes i have felt that too. our food is always so low even though we have plenty. maybe we need to slow down on the whipping?

why is the iliad unhappy and making a worker before the warrior/mp is completed? is the plan to put whip overflow into warrior to complete it?

Yes, we needed to move the warrior out of the city to scare off Azza. By building the worker we are being efficient because while building a worker the city doesn't feed the unhappy citizen. Next turn it will be happy again though based off the furs. Plus we'll whip out the worker and overflow into the warrior as well.

Azza's posting a lot. I wonder if he was planning on settling that corn.

BAD AZZA! NO FOOD FOR YOU!

I have to go to bed with the wife. Bigger you can play it, or I can grab it in 12 hours.

lewwyn - why is the iliad taking the rice and the wheat to build its worker, while the capital is still stuck at level 3? we're gonna be able to grow to level 6 soon when the furs are connected next turn, i'd rather grow it quickly so we can pump out chariots.

also very nervous the settler and worker being out of our territory without a defender frown I know there probably aren't any more animals, but a panther could hit that spot from SW of the oasis frown. oh well, i guess better that than just leave one warrior to defend the settler the turn before it founds. but ill be really nervous until the turn rolls.

luckily our new borders will bump azza off that hill and off our lawn. 2 turns until the oddyssey is founded smile.
