MH raise a good point about the fish by the wet corn on the CFC border. Do we want to try to found a city there to get that fish? I am inclined to say yes, let's try, but there are many things to consider. Any other thoughts?

They made it sound like it was right next to their borders, and they'd claim it soon, and they didn't mention the stone or fish. Now it looks like that whole area is closer to us than to them. Any other thoughts?It just adds yet another city spot we want to settle soon, after the SW city, Spices City and Stone City. Where would we slot this one in (I would say after Stone City)? The more we wait, the more likely we are to lose the fish to CFC. How many pressure can we apply via diplomacy to have CFC not go for the fish (I think, none.) If the spot has gone to CFC before we reasonably can get a settler there, we will have to blame this on our initial barb luck, that impaired our scouting. mh
