At 30% slider, we produce 19bpt from cities, plus one free beaker, so 20bpt. At this setting, Machinery (1001 beakers) shows on F6 as a 50 turn tech, which jibes with an effective output of 20bpt. The forecast seems to give you a few additional free beakers, I'm not sure why. Probably rounding. If our output had been 21bpt the forecast should have been 47 or 48 turns, though.
Monarchy (429 beakers), on the other hand, shows as a 20 turn tech at this setting. This requires an effective output of 21bpt, as a 20bpt output should show it as a 21 turn tech. So this means we're getting a 1.06 modifier on our 20 bpt. (We don't get pre-req modifiers on either tech in the F6 estimate since we don't have the prerequisites yet.)
In conclusion, I'm pretty sure that one team has Monarchy.
The tech slider has been set back to 0%. :-)

As shown by the lack of "requires farm" in the mouseover text, the highlighted corn tile is improved, as are the deer north of it and the gold west of it. None of the other uncultured resources in the screenshot are improved. We don't know about the fish, since it just shows "Requires fishing" for us.

I logged in to check other teams city sizes once you were done, and also noticed what else is in that screenshot above - Pirates got Hinduism. Checked back on the turn report screenies - they only revolted into it as of T78.

Pirates are SPI.
Both M3 & Pirates got Poly on T72, as far as we could tell. That Hindu symbol doesn't look like Pirates founded it, actually - I'd assumed they had but I guess not.
So M3 got the religion, and it spread to Pirates, I assume.

M3 founded Hinduism and they are Spiritual (Mansa). It must have been bitter for Pirates since they lost Hinduism because of turn order.

TEAM whipped their capital from 6->3 and grew a size 2 city to 3, current cities 5,4,3,3,2 or 5,3,3,3,3.
Menagerie may have got 4k of units (I need to check power graph to be sure), putting that down as a spear.
Nothing visible happened to the other two.

TEAM grew 2 of their size 3 cities to size 4 (current cities 5,4,4,3,3 and I'm pretty sure it's collapsed to just one possibility). They also (probably) got another 3k of power, putting it down as an Archer.
Menagerie whipped their size 4 city 4->3 and grew their size 5 city 5->6 (current cities 6,3,2,2).
Gillette didn't do anything visible.
Pirates grew a size 3 city to 4 & a size 4 city to 5. They also (probably) got another 2k of power, putting it down as a Quechua.

Logging in to check some stuff, saw that M3 got Monotheism as their tech this turn (T81), founding Judaism.

TEAM whipped their size 5 city down to size 3 (Pidgeons).
M3 grew a size 2 city to size 3 and researched Monotheism getting Judaism. They may have 3 new land tiles.
Gillette grew their cap 7->8 and planted their new city gaining 8 land tiles (and maybe they got 3 more somewhere else).
Pirates didn't do anything noticeable.

TEAM settled a new city, 7 land tiles. Also grew a size 4 city to size 5 & a size 3 city to size 4.
M3 didn't do anything noticeable.
Gillette may've built a Warrior (there's 2k power spare, I need to check graphs to see where it went, but here does as a placeholder).
Pirates whipped a size 5 city down to size 3, and grew their size 1 city to size 2.
