Civ/Leader restrictions: No opinion
Wonder bans: No
Unit bans: War Elephants. Also, spy missions.
Map Preferences:
1) Avoid early warrior luck, e.g. by having a big map and/or giving all a scout start and/or banning entering of borders before a certain turn.
2) Provide map info before pick.
Other than that, I'll leave it up to others.

So if Seven, Serdoa and mack can get their preferences in by the end of the day that'd be swell.
Just so I'm clear, then, we good for me to post the start (non-mirrored map, but definitely mirrored starts) and the point rubric that we've been abusing the knowledge economy for by working out this afternoon?

Go for it.
Additionally, with Mackoti here clearly no need to handicap Seven any longer so I think as an exchange, I think my team should get double the basis points in any picking system as everyone else.

Okay folks, we're looking at a Small (60x32) toroid on Monarch difficulty.
Here's the start:
You've got six points:
5: FIN, India
4: EXP, Inca
3: ORG, CRE, SPI,
2: IND, PHI, Sumer, Egypt, Ottomen, France, China
1: Holy Rome, all other Agriculture civs, all other Mining civs
0: IMP, CHA, AGG, PRO, All other civs
Warrior starts unless you have Hunting, as is normal; you ought to have no issues with warriors wandering.

How much water?
You realize that India is effectively 6 points, right?

~30% water, and yeah, artifact but we're okay with it.

Seconded on both of these. Small/Monarch/Toroid... not entirely sure if I agree with those weightings.

I presume " all other" is intended to preclude India.

Why does it have to be small and torrid? And why is it so restricted? I don't understand the need for this "point system". Why can't we just be normal?
