Mackoti asked me to assist him to run few turns in case he needs to be away. I'm ok to do that, but I'm spoiled. I've cursively read spoiler threads and map thread, but haven't looked suggested map and only glimpsed the starting position screenshot that you already have too. Spoiler threads haven't contained much potentially spoilerish material yet. So would it be ok, if I ded-lurk Mackoti? I'll obvivously stop reading other threads now.

Well, I am fine with whatever Gaspar chooses, it is his game after all. I can completely understand all he wrote and agree with it. So Gaspar, give us your take on how to make the pick. You have my vote (as long as you don't decide that the best pick would be with me picking after everyone else has picked twice

Sorry for the chaos here - too many voices in my ear, I suspect.
I pretty much agree with everything my more reasonable friends here have gone with. As both zak and novice have intimated, standard/noble or standard/prince at worst would be preferable if we're on a toroid. Classic snake pick is fine, we don't need to rig the picks against mack and Seven. Turn order of Serdoa > novice > me > Seven > mackoti seems pretty reasonable. I do not desire to ban executives. Agree with lewwyn here and a standard noble its just fine,for a more relaxed game, and i have no desire in ban corporation.So lets start this ,as i have some time in my hands..
About spy ban just misions.
Civ/Leader Restrictions: Normal snake pick with no restrictions.
Wonder bans: No bans Spy bans: Missions banned. Other bans: Nukes. WE. Map: Consensus: hand made, balanced but not mirrored. Size: Standard. Difficulty: prince or noble. A couple of specific requests by individual teams: lush not arid, water but not naval-dominant. Turn order: Serdoa > noshoot > GasZakLKnight > Seven > macko ---- Outstanding: Execs: 2 votes to keep (macko, GasZakLKnight); 1 to ban (noshoot). Need input from at least one of Seven & Serdoa (I'm not sure if Serdoa's "I agree with Gaspar" included that.) You haven't discussed speed (but I guess that'll be Quick), you haven't discussed naval blockades. My gut feeling is that won't affect your leader picks, but I'll not give a snake pick order in case everyone disagrees with that ![]()

Okay, looks good there. I'm sure there was a less hurtful way to get preferences, but there you go. I'll bump the map to standard/Noble or Prince in the WB file (I'm assuming that about 250 tiles per player is a fine size). Some islands, but you can safely ignore them.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
