Yeah I wasn't trying to assume he'd break the double-move rule - in fact I don't think I fully understood the question I was asking when I asked it . As I said a few posts above:

So file that under dumb questions.

Ok, turn rolled. Commodore played immediately. It's T58. Slight chance he wants to make sure he's ahead of us in the turn order so he doesn't double-move? Or we're being paranoid. Regardless, another turn went by without a 3rd city settled and no second real unit, so it's just a chariot and an unaccounted for settler since he sure isn't building Stonehenge. Anyways, Pindicator and I want a 2nd Impi if he's pink dotting for stone (last thing we want to do if he plants a city is kill the chariot with an Impi and be redlined and get stonewalled by some dumb warrior or scout or something). So whip away:
Working the copper would be a bit better longterm, but the fast regrow on the fish helps ease the pain. McDonalds is also set to whip next turn.
LJS is then going to dump the hammers into a granary rather than an Impi since we're covered by McDs/Zaxby's.
This means we're not going to delay our 4th city in any of this Impi business, so that's great. No sign of any other people next to the hut:
So we should be good to go ahead and finish healing this turn. Workers:
Put 1T into the mine on the grass hill with the north worker. The new worker moved onto the forest for a chop that'll go into a settler. We can combine the workers next turn if we want or we can use the hill worker for something else (maybe to road onto one of those east forests since we'll settle for corn next and those will want to be chopped?). Or we can head towards McDs for the hooking of gold that we'll want to do, but that can probably wait until after we've made it Commodore-proof.
I ended turn. If we want to change anything, someone else will have to do it as I won't be around much later today.

I said that if we attacked his chariot at the end of t60, it would be effectively the same as attacking him at the start of next turn. The only difference is that we don't have to ensure that we log in before him on t61. Does that mean I'm assuming he'll try to rush in before us on t61? No.

I don't even know what rules you guys are using. Would just declaring on him on t60 be an option, forcing him to let you move first on t61?
I have to run.

Yeah there aren't really any rules, which is why we're even discussing this.

In that case, just post in the tech thread that you would like to play t61 before you-know-who-you-are.
I have to run.

Alright first things first, let's pop this hut:
Survey says:
Very nice! I'm good with that. I pulled the warrior back now so we can heal it in our borders and then decide whether to send it north or what.
Research set to Maths. Also set Zaxby's to a Granary. You could make an argument for a Lighthouse instead, but I went with the Granary. It's just 1h and we'll need both, so we can swap if need be. Whipped McDonalds:
Commodore Report: No sign of him, so if he doesn't show next turn, he's doing other things. His power did not go up (in a significant manner anyways) and his 3rd city did not either. Maybe he had another wolf/settler incident? Anyways, our first Impi has not yet registered on the power graph as usual, so he'll see the first one next turn, not knowing we actually will have 2. If we don't see him, we might as well use them and push west a bit. One other bit of trivia:
Barb warrior killed something, got 2xp in doing so, and took c1. We can farm that for some xp on our Impi btw. If we wait for it to heal we can get 2xp. Anyways, it seems pretty likely that it ate Commodore's scout.

Oh, and again I'm not at all concerned about turn split stuff in a hypothetical war. In case that's not clear... Just thought it was a vaguely interesting hypothetical.

Arrived right on time, but not in the right place. Situation:
Any thoughts on how to react to this? It's a chariot with a Woodsman1 Warrior. Kind of odd that he put these in the spot where he can't hurt us but we can see him - I guess I don't get that logic there. Why wouldn't he threaten McDonalds?
