Of course, I no longer remember WHY they have to hurry south but I don't particularly want to find out...
Skip the copper mine, then? I really should play through your plan though so that I know what I'm talking about.
I think I see a decent fix. Work the FPH while chopping the library, then farm the wheat and work it. Finish the granary at 15/22 food. I'll update the spreadsheet next year, but for now:
Worker on forested hill stays there and roads. Worker on unforested hill moves S and roads.
I logged in, but won't play worker actions before Zakalwe's input. Couple of potential ways to make things faster. We don't need riverside plains cottage near WIFOM (there are options to work grassland cottage+gold instead and naturally Scientists). That would free worker H to move north to assist (e.g. building the road A and E are planned to do). Could we get copper improved and then chop instead of PHF?
I think the PFH variant is ok, and I was trying to keep the changes local to minimize risk. We will have time to mine the copper after the marble, so we can work wheat and copper at size 2. Essentially we're just trading one turn of growth for an instant library.

There's a typo in the plan, Bitter should have the same tile configuration on T89 as on T88, i.e. it should be working the corn. (You can tell by the food numbers that this was the original plan.)
