Depends. If the vest did got shot by the vig than you have no proof that I am a villager. If there was no nightkill by the wolves though, than you have proof that I am a villager and killing me would make no sense, as you have enough information (that you didn't have with novice).

Also, of course only as long as you have no better leads.

I think you must be projecting everything you find scummy onto me? I don't remember commenting on Bigger's lurking. I would have been happy to go along with a Bigger lynch today.

These items are going to give us a wealth of confirmed or at least semi confirmed villagers. The vig should obviously claim on day 3, after having passed along the gun. Same for the current seer.
