A typical Commodore game involves 100x as many RNG rolls as a typical RB game of peaceful rexing, though...

Cities 11 and 6 of the cows looks better.
Yeah, maybe he should. Although he has a crapload of cities to settle so maybe claiming every non-resource tile shouldn't be his top priority.

settling all those cities would be faster with a dedicated superfood site that claims all 3. With chops for a granary in first ring, that city would be popping settlers/workers in record speed. Snowballs.

Yeah, but how many can he really afford? I'd rather get a couple of cottages down and spread naturally later.

I think Plako is not going to wait for tanks to roll over Arabia, he is going for the jugular soonish. So he is after food/hammers to pump out units. His war gains will compensate missed peaceful possibilities.

Brick and Xenu battle soon, it's going to be pretty close. Brick really should have chopped those forests as soon as he offed Xenu's sentry warrior. Xenu could walk his forces right past the front city and remain in cover the whole way. Or he could cut the trade connection to the rest of Brick's empire, and siege the place.
edit: wrong warmonger, it's Xenu, not Azza

You mean Xenu, otherwise no objections Without knowing the situation in detail: I think brick could have used a chariot and those roads to get a little more sentry info from the area and maybe see xenu's stack composition.

A brilliant coup by Scooter! Their galley should pop out before Commodore's galley is in position to raze Zaxby's. I think Scooter is second in turn order, so I'd totally take the ~40% odds shot at killing a Nav2 supergalley.

Coms map says 98 to get outside that hill Scoot wants to land on, so two more turns to hit Zaxby with a movement of four. Can Scoot manage a boat +axe+impi in 9 turns?
As long as there is continuing presure they will have to add troops to the hot border, the northern city is set for growth infra on the last picture.

This might have been a good time to build city walls instead of the completely useless barracks. (Yes, I know that barracks give culture in RB Mod, but 20% cultural defense wasn't changing the odds of this fight.) Not sure why most people completely forget about city walls over and over again in these games.
