I was just looking at the CFC game thread and noticed this:

SO that's the German team that is getting a diplo message on January 13. Its quite possible that WPC was offering peace. But the fact that there hasn't been peace means the Germans rejected it. Good news for us, bad news for WPC.

CFC has open borders with the Germans now - might be that.
Might be interesting to get WPC's take on that.
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width

Heh, I would love to but as the messages said, WPC is a solo player right now and I don't have his contact info... I asked the WPC diplo guy for it, but haven't gotten it yet. So WPC is pretty unreachable at the moment. It looks like their forum is back up though, so I'd think I should hear from them soon.

We need to send a diplo message to CFC with the Civstats picture showing that the German team logged in, played, and then didn't log in again for 30 hours. That is pretty damning.

Beta should be reachable via PM on CFC, though I think he uses a different name over there (but states he is Beta, iirc).

ToxoXI is Beta at CFC.
(Now that is a post that makes no sense whatsoever if read out of context!)

Got a reply from WPC:
WePlayCiv Wrote:Hello!
The forums seems to be online (for now), so the diplo can be done with this usual method.
We'll discuss within our team about the NAP with your team and will make proposition well before the deadline is over.
Because not all members have come back to the unstable forums, discussion may take some time.
Because of that, feel free to tell your thoughts on the matter even during this discussion period.
Here is Beta's address in case the forum goes down again and you need urgent contact with our team.

They're back in action with their forums. So simple order of business is that it's time to lock down a NAP extension with them. And also say super nice things to them about playing their war turns promptly.

Btw, if someone has energy, we can also start planning our greetings message for Civplayers. We will meet them soon anyway. Is there anything special we want to say in the first message? I guess we leave things such as NAPs and border agreements for later (if ever).
