I'm still confused - does that apply to everyone's account? (in other words, did the glitch affect everyone, or did you do something "special"?)

There was a second mini-update after the first, larger one last week. If you grabbed tourney points before the mini-update, you could grab them again after. Supposedly all people who did this have acquired a "xunlai debt", meaning you miss out on the next X RPs you would win from Xunlai. Such people still ought to play so they can work off their debt and start earning keys again.

Yep. I got 80 points last time around, then 80 more after the update. I'm not going out with a bunch of z-keys this time! However, I do think I want to try to get predictions on both my accounts.

There's a tournament guy in the HB outpost, instead of GvG results he shows all the 1v1 results.

Just a heads-up for people who grabbed the early build of the 5th and wondered about the Tournament Rewards being surprisingly low, the fix for last month's glitch was itself glitched (causing problems). The following build restores all the missing points for this month, so visit the appropriate NPC's all over again.

Yes, this also means the few of us who glitched our way into extra keys last month get to keep the extra points we got.
