Hoot. Honk. We were counting down the turns until both you and Scooter landed on the same tile on the same turn.
I do believe an epic tale of the Reg-oar-Rarr's rowers is in order.
The flotilla's speed is not a credit to the oarsmen. Credit goes to the sails made of fine wool, the wool generously donated to the war effort by the esteemed Sammy Eweler. How Rego met Sammy and procured the donation is the story I'd like to hear.

That was actually Reg Rarr's brother, Rag "Ore" Rarr.

So the story of the Battle of Zaxby's will have to come a bit later. For now, the upshot:
Cost me Fluquato's Battalion, and Yuri's Battalion is a 57% chance away from joining them, so we'll see. For the psychological cost, though? Total smashing success. We'll see, but I expect a galley whip soon too, which is just fine, that's going to be downright painful. Incoming more painfully... ...and if they retreat from Deathtrap Hill, we'll cheerfully capitalize on it. The only minor bummer is that the absurdly large amount of raze gold means the GS will actually be laggardly now before we research HBR. I'm okay with this, really. Still works nicely to have an incoming border pop/farm premade for the next city, though. So confusing, darned capture gold... Yeah, I'm okay with it.
