Better to wait a couple of extra days for a more balanced game than rush in and have some unforeseen consequence of the game setup ruin everything.

yep. Yea ... I probably should have just posted an end to the sign ups instead of a beginning of the game as well lol

Next time, I think I will do this (just have an end of signups date) so that I can make sure that the game releases on time.

My question though, is will he tell us 24 hours ahead of time? or will the game just start.

Well, the thing is I'm doing a 21p setup from scratch which does take a bit more time than if I had some of it pre-designed and was just adapting for numbers.

Yeah, I think everyone understands this will take a bit longer to get going. Take as long as you feel you need, uber.

Is there any issues with revealing the list of characters at this point while you are balancing? Would give me a chance to read up on those I have never heard of.

there's no issue in revealing to each other, but I think uber doesnt want to know to avoid unintentional bias. maybe a spoiler tag that everyone but uber can read?
