Hm. How do you do that? Bureaucracy is pretty good, in this variant free support and free exp might be situationally better when building up for war. They are gonna be SPI, so no problem to abuse this civic. I imagine feudalism is pretty high on the wish-list too, longbows and on the way towards those arabian camels...
