What exactly is D&D?
I mean I know waht it stands for, but what do you actually do?

What is D&D I use a modified form of D&D as bedtime story for my firstborn - He is a knight of sorts, and gets to decide what to do at certain intervals in the story. I have a loose idea of the scenario in my head, but sometimes need to make ad-hoc changes every now and then. "The evil magician is pointing at you, muttering strange words, clearly casting some spell. Do you throw a rock to interrupt him, or charge forward with your sword in hand, or retreat to find another way in" ... "Okay, you bravely charge forward. Um. Ah. Suddenly the mage slips on a wet patch on the ground and falls, interrupting his spell. .." @Pling yeah who could that have been... |
