Thanks Sian, I'll take you up on that once I've got the idea figured out
@Mardoc - do you have a problem with me finding a google spreadsheets character sheet instead of that pdf one? My default pdf reader doesn't seem entirely happy with it, I can work round it if I have to tho.

Something like this, perhaps?
No objection at all.

Yeah, I should have been more clear. Use whatever tools you find useful.

I'm going to be a monk, methinks. Settings? Erebus I'm reasonably familiar with, and Forgotten Realms works fine too.

I was initially thinking Druid, but probably a tad complex when I've no experience with spells for 3.5 or equivalent.
Next preference would be either Ranger or Rogue. And if Tasunke is going archer of some variety and pling is going Ranger, we'll probably have a surfeit of that type. So Rogue I guess?
(unless someone really wants to help me with a Druid.)
And yeah, 10s + 15 or 8s + 25 look basically the same, given in either case you can replicate the other (±2).
If we ran on Erebus, would we need to re-jig races at all?

We should roll for ability scores. :D
Anyway, I'm thinking about going wizard. High Int, low wis for a smart fool type of character.
Does pathfinder give +1 ability point every 4th level?
Players:
Brick -
Commodore - Monk
Ichabod - Fighter
Lewwyn - Wizard
Mattimeo -
Pling - Ranger
Tasunke - Fighter (Archer)
So I think we still need a cleric and rogue. Brick you said Paladin? Maybe the cleric would be okay?
Mattimeo needs to stick his head in here. I can still change if need be.

I guess I'll lock in rogue then

Brick's going to be the most popular character.
