As far as I could put for myself together what you planned (finishing warrior, building settler - improving cow) that all seemed fine. And with a size 3 capital, it is clear that one works the 3 improved tiles as well. Sometimes you'll want to juggle tiles around but certainly not for a settler-build.
Is the overall plan to get 3 cities + SH by around T30 to T35? If so I'll try to see what I can come up with.

That's the goal! It'd be a real coup if we could pull that off. I'm not sure Henge will last that long but if it does we'd be sitting pretty. I'm still worries that MH will make a run for it. We haven discussed it yet but we could talk henge before city three. I'm not sure I'd like that but it's a possibility.

Took a look. Finishing the warrior next turn by working Sheep, Deer, unimproved Cow makes sense. That won't delay the settler at all, as re-starting it next turn would only provide 11fh. Together with 2x 14fh thats 39 - short 1 to finish it. Finishing the warrior will yield no overflow but with the cow you'll produce 14fh every turn, finishing it on the same turn as when you wouldn't finish the warrior.
Also means there is a little bit of time still to think about what to do next. Worker probably should start roading to the next city site. Exception if you settle in the north on the PH 2N of the Deer. That can share the Deer and should have 2N of it a lake crabs (3/0/3). Not my preferred spot probably though. Anyhow, worker doesn't seem to have anything better to do than road. If he does that into a forest, that would be great, saving some turns later on when workers can move directly in the forest.
So, do you guys already have decided on your next city sites?
@Whosit
For C&D:
Each (ancient) tech = 5.988 points (next era counts double, the next afterwards thrice and so on - which tech belongs to which area is not to be gathered from ingame imo, but Sullla had in his PB2 thread a list for all ancient and classical techs I believe - not important right now anyway). That means that the first tech is only worth 5 points, but all the ones afterwards are worth 6 for quite some time. As everyone starts the game with 2 techs, everyone gaining a tech should gain 6 points.
Each pop point = 4.62107 points - you'll have to track their pop points, multiply them by this number and round them down, thats the amount of points for pop they have on their score right now
Each land point = 1.76211 points
Also there are a total of 1135 land tiles.
Commodore: 4 pop (18 points), palace (16 points), no land points yet so rest is tech, so he has 5 techs by now. He starts with Wheel and Agri, so most probable is Hunting, AH, Mining.
MH: 3 pop, also 5 techs. Wheel, Agri start. Probably also Hunting, AH, Mining.
Nicolae: Same as MH.
AT: 2 pop. Also 5 Techs. Starts with Myst, Hunting. Probably Agri, AH, Mining.
Whosit, if you send me the link to your C&D-table I can take a look at it and see if those assumptions above make sense. Email is serdoaciv [at] googlemail [dot] com.

I have added you to the google drive doc, Serdoa. Let me know if you have trouble accessing it.
We also have the new save! I'll at least add the C&D stuff to the doc soon. We seem to keep getting the saves in the ams, so I guess even though we tend to hold the save for most of a day, it doesn't seem to impair everyone else from getting their rounds in, so that's good.
Thanks for the C&D info, too. I am quite the novice here. My big hope at the moment is to at least to identify when/if MH gets Mysticism. There are a number of techs that don't have soldier points attached, and I think the only way to really gauge what anyone is teching is to try and determine the GNP they had and how many turns it took to tech something based on the cost. Anyway, if we see MH not getting Myst speedily, we ought to have a shot at the wonder.
Getting the wonder before City 3, which Dazed mentioned, miiiight be worth looking into? Because if we settle 3 first, that city will have absolutely no Worker attention until the Henge is finished, so it could be worth delaying on those grounds alone, but I'm not sure. Either way, after the Henge, we should definitely spam settlers and workers, in my opinion.

Alright, is there any way the three of us can converse? I have the save and can play, and it sounds like the plan is to keep producing our Warrior, work the Improved Deer, Imp. Sheep, and Imp. Cow (cow finishes this turn). I imagine we scout a little further with Sigloi.
Also, our warrior down France-wise is being tailed by the French Warrior, but can pillage the Windmill this turn. I assume we want to do that.
I continue to be confused about our long-term, short-term plans.

Alright. Hope I did this right.
Not much cash, but I guess we'll have pissed them off. Let's see what they do next turn.
I hope I did things in our Capital correctly.
This was interesting to see! I think our planned spot is still good (since it can work the Cap's cottage), but it seems every good tile is in the second ring. Also not sure if we're gonna want to keep that Windmill where it is. Between lake Crab (5f w/ workboat), grassland Sheep (5f w/ pasture), and grass hill pigs (5f w/ pasture), is a 3/0/1 tile really gonna be so good long-term? I'm thinking we pillage it ourselves and put a cottage or something down later.
I also think Sigloi there can explore 1NE next turn, on the forest. Daric may have to see what the other Warrior does first.

I took a look at the current save (T19). No score changes, and no demographic changes, except someone did some tile swapping, choosing an extra hammer over a commerce.
Also took this screen:
Where should this Warrior go next?
Also, our new Warrior (I'd like him to be named Dinar) popped at the capital. I believe he can safely move 3SW (to the plains hill) and be back in time to defend the city if we are attacked. It is risky, though, but I'd like to see what's in our SW. Additionally, though it would throw our plans off a bit, we can always build a Warrior in 2 turns now with the Cow and a plains forest or the grass hill forest.
