Playing as a PBEM instead would prevent the double move stuff, but some odd things happen with trade routes, it's possible to do some sneaky stuff, and the team would only ever see the start of a turn unless the turnplayer reported well, so this is a fairer but slower system...
sneaky trade route stuff with a PBEM ??
You confuse me

That sometimes can work out on weekends as long as the turnplayers are in appropriate timezones. Tasunke, I was going to ask anyway...what timezone are you in? That way I have an idea of when you might be typically playing your turn for me to know when the turn would be available for us to play after you. Myself and THH are both in the EST. I know plako is in a timezone far far away (since I know his day/night are almost opposite of mine).
Lewwyn is way out there as well, but it turned out that he often times played his turn before my 7AM, such that I'd often times be able to play the turn just before I went to work.

Apparently in a PBEM the trade route algorithms favour early players in the turn order and penalise the last player.
The sneaky stuff is to do with doing things, then reloading your save and doing them differently, I don't think players here indulge in this much. So that probably didn't have a bearing on making this pitboss...
Anyway welcome!
Completed: RB Demogame - Gillette, PBEM46, Pitboss 13, Pitboss 18, Pitboss 30, Pitboss 31, Pitboss 38, Pitboss 42, Pitboss 46, Pitboss 52 (Pindicator's game), Pitboss 57

It's players with high player id's who are penalized, it applies to pbems and pitbosses equally. In sequential turns those players are also late in the turn order.
I have to run.

We post here when the next team's up, since it's not obvious from civstats. Thanks for taking over, Tasunke!
I have to run.
