Good advice! Everyone should keep this in mind. Generally speaking, comments from readers should be more reactive in nature rather than "I think you should do this", since those suggestions will inevitably be colored somewhat by knowing what the others are up to.

I also love the "Krill effect" naming convention. So... how many turns until your next settler is in place, eh?

Well, Charlie was indeed next to my Scout in the NW. Hut popped another Scout who went NE and discovered more salt water. Western Warrior popped his hut for a Map revealing more of the Western salt lake & jungle - couple of fogged spots remaining. Eastern Warrior moves next to his Hut....

First contact! And that is a lot of map info for less than 10 turns into the game.

AH complete, Pottery started. Horses found 2SE of Istanbul, border pop in 16t will claim but unlikely to ever be worked by a city.

t10 - discover the borders of Aachen further to the NW of the last screenie.

one Scout is heading N past Aachen's borders
second Scout is heading SSW along the Western side of Banana lake
Northern Warrior is swinging around to the West now he has passed the lone peak
Southern Warrior has de-fogged the remaining tiles East of Banana Lake & is now heading NE towards the Cows.

Istanbul completed Worker and started on a Scout (to head East).
Worker moved S and put 1t into a road on the FP on the way to the Pigs.
