Bitter is pulling 13 hpt and will be putting 26 hammers into a missionary on T120. So to finish that on T121, we need another hammer. Either from a mine, or by cottaging the plains tile S of Bitter and working that. The plains cottage might be a nice tile to work during the GA, but perhaps the mine is even better. Looks like Bitter will be stuck at size 7 for a while, so it may as well maximize its production and spit out missionaries and other units for a while. (We should finish the spear in the queue before it decays too much.)

If we need to do some busywork while waiting for CS we could build a shorter road between HN and the capital, to save a turn of transit on any great people that are moving to settle.

However. We don't need that missionary EOT121. We can finish it EOT122, and it can move to HN and spread the religion there on T123, since HN is only three tiles away from Bitter. So in other words, save HN for last, and don't worry about that mine.

Instead, the four workers in range should move to SW of EB and cottage that tile. Then EB can work the wheat, sugar, and cottage and grow.

(On the next turn, 3 of them can then chop the granary for the fish city.)

Micro notes:
- WIFOM should grow to 8 next turn. It looks like it will grow unhappy, but it won't, because it will pass Bitter in size and get the representation happiness.
- Bitter can eke its way to size 8 at +2f, +2f, +3f, +3f in the 4 next turns, by which time its whip anger will have expired. When it hits size 8 it will also reclaim the +3 happy from representation, but WIFOM's whip anger has also expired then so it's not a problem.
- I suggest farming all three riverside tiles east of EB. We can always cottage them later if we decide to, but for now the city really needs food, as HN will be hogging both the wheat and the spices.
- Do we bulb philosophy next turn? We're probably not in a race so I guess we can hold off until we've spread hinduism where we need it. Good that we didn't miss the dice roll in OTR, btw.

Good point concerning WIFOM. I microed things to delay growth there, but better change that. We should also grow Bitter as you suggest and farming 1 riverside tile is ok near EB although I would cottage the 2 others. It will grow fast enough even without Wheat having probably access to also Spice tile.

I would postpone Philo. We don't need Taoism (and no matter what it probably lands us even if we postpone it) and there is a fair chance it is founded in HN giving a minor chance we fail to spread Hindu there then.

I also configured Ramune to grow while finishing the SoZ, and I put WIFOM on wealth instead of the Paya so we could run 100% science. (If we do want to finish Paya for real, I'm not sure WIFOM is the place to do it. Bitter could probably do it faster, considering that WIFOM will be running specialists during the GA.)

Delaying Paya is ok and we could do it also in Bitter. It isn't high priority any more. Bitter could also build few Missionaries so it could just be a build we do when we don't have anything urgent going on. If we get Engineer for Taj, we could also chop it out from Deerslayer to gain more culture in the central area although sparing at least some forests to late game wonders would be good idea too.
