Going to have to report a loss here... 1st ever game on Emp difficulty and didn't do too badly - got a dodgy war declaration by Huayna late in the game whilst he was going for Culture - I have a feeling he was bought in...

I retired although i think Hannibal was going to win culture before I would have made it to space.
