Has theology been founded yet? With 8 buddhist cities already a monk economy might not be terrible if we can land AP.

I agree on getting an island city ASAP.

Those are just my quick thoughts. I'll load up the save and post more full thoughts later today.

I have a hard time seeing how that will be worth our investment, really. Organized Religion would be nice for building forges, markets, courthouses and libraries, though.
