Has theology been founded yet? With 8 buddhist cities already a monk economy might not be terrible if we can land AP.
I agree on getting an island city ASAP.

I suggest going with TheonGreyjoy as the next city name, especially if it's an island one.

I have a hard time seeing how that will be worth our investment, really. Organized Religion would be nice for building forges, markets, courthouses and libraries, though.
