Here is message suggestion. Feel free to edit it having better substance and English. I think it is wisdom not to include anything about our relationship with Gillette here.

I'm reaching you with Private message, since I've seen Tasunke rarely on gmail and don't know Sian's email address.

Our nation is currently on crossroads concerning what to do, so we would need to get a NAP deal in place and do it hopefully before we play our next turn. At minimum deal should be in place the turn after the next one. I'm not gonna say this is the last chance to get NAP continuation, but our intrest on signing one will be considerably lower after we've made the desicion to improve our defenses in preparation of our NAP wearing off.

I'll make a concrete suggestion right away so you can immediately accept, decline or make counter offer
* we continue our border deal as is (i.e. we can settle the city near SW from your stone city)
* NAP until T180.

Ok, suggest T200 with Gillette then? And say we need to know soon, before we mobilize.

My paranoia meter is currently pretty high and phony war between 3M and Gilllette is clear possibility. Lately HAK is often in gchat, but rarely responds and somehow his description concerning the war feel a bit phony and while my scout has been runnig through the presumed battle zone it all seems very quiet. Also I would assume Gillette would have already been able to capture a coastal city from 3M, if they were any competent. There just seems to be too many coincidences here.
