My paranoia meter is currently pretty high and phony war between 3M and Gilllette is clear possibility. Lately HAK is often in gchat, but rarely responds and somehow his description concerning the war feel a bit phony and while my scout has been runnig through the presumed battle zone it all seems very quiet. Also I would assume Gillette would have already been able to capture a coastal city from 3M, if they were any competent. There just seems to be too many coincidences here.

What turn are we on and when do our various naps expire?

If the information in Pling's reporting thread is correct, we've got:

Gillette: T140
TEAM: T145
Menagerie: T160
Pirates: No deal

It's T134 now, I think.

Maybe we should just send a message to M3 asking them:

Why are you fighting a phony war with Gillette? Can you confirm that we have a NAP until T160?

Direct approach has its merits. I'll wait at least until I've played my next turn before making this decision. We might end up in better position, if we don't reveal we know. There is also still small chance that I've misinterperted things.

Maybe we should just send a message to M3 asking them:

Since I don't seem to able to get HAK on chat we could try to send them a message.

Potential options:
* Angry - You've betrayed us. Maybe they feel ashamed of themselves and reveal something
* Direct - Zak's alternative. Probably main reason to send this is the same as angry letter. Depending on player this might work better than angry. Not sure which type HAK is.
* Pretend everything goes on as normal and ask about their war - Maybe we can somehow take advantage that we don't reveal we know. It is plain obvious to us what they are doing, but maybe they still think secret is safe and we gain something when Gillette attacks
* Nothing - Might be ok too. They clearly don't want to discuss with us.

I'll send our chariot towards Gillette border to move in and out and map their troops. I'll probably turn our scout around too. There isn't much to see in the western shore.
