[SPOILERS] Regoarrarr rides again

Quick update. Ichabod and Ruff are still at war, as are Scooter and Pindicator. No new cities have swapped ownership, but Pindicator's power is.... frightening.

Scooter teched Education (probably with at least one scientist help) and may be threatening the Liberalism race, which is good (make sure Pindicator can't sandbag). He'll also want his half-price Universities.

Over in my world, I used my prophet to kick off a golden age and revolted to Caste and Pacifism. Goal is to create a scientist (for an Academy) + 2 non-matching GPs for a 2nd golden age (to possibly be done soon afterwards or maybe in 10-15 turns).

I'll have University of Sankore done in 5t, as well as Education. Plan is to save gold after Education waiting for the Academy + Oxford. I do need to figure out which cities I will put the Unis in (as well as how many Universities I need at this map size). Ideally I can build Oxford towards the beginning of my golden age, then turn tech back on with the Bureauacademoxford goodness thumbsup

I still feel behind, but (to again answer Commodore's question), at least a little better. I'm keeping up okay in land / pop, but it's just sobering to look at the beaker counts:

Pindicator: 17841
Scooter: 14014
me: 9261

Well as expected (feared), Pindicator has attacked. Razed 2 cities. I cant stop him. In double annoyingness, one of the 2 cities was the one that was at like 290/300 GPP for my academy Great Scientist....

I'll tech Feudalism and Astronomy (probably 6-7t) but I see no chance for me (if there ever was one).

Not to mention that due to some map trades, I see now that there are 2 "magic" islands with marble, deer and most importantly the wheat that everyone is missing (for health reasons). Scooter has already claimed one and I assume Pindicator will shortly get tne 2nd, if he hasn't already.

Topping it off, I'm on vacation right now so I don't have the time to deal with this right now.

We'll see if things look up with a night or two of sleep...
