Per my single-player sim, CivPlayers definitely has investigate city on us. However, they have to scout our cities first; they've possibly seen Brick and Ditchdigger. that's it.
For this reason, I favor leaving our West axe stuck where he is between Aztec and CivFr: we don't want them to have RoP with us, and don't need the diplo headache of compromising that agreement. We especially don't want it now, when it's naturally a good time to discuss NAP extenstions. (current NAP expires t130, with 10t cooldown.)

Did your SP game have both teams with the correct amount of total EP generated for the whole game? Those numbers matter.

How about 'Catherine' for City #16?
Its similar to the start location for that game.
A river, some floodplains, some forest, plains food. Average.

I thought the Germans hadn't researched Masonry yet.

Heh, that was my favourite event, thanks for the reminder. It's a shame that the links on the epics results page no longer work now we have the new forum.

Yeah I'm pretty much just waiting here for them to sort out their various hosting issues. On the plus side, this gives us more time for planning and simming, which has definitely been useful for me.
