Regarding turn order, I have two windows in which I can play the turn: from 15:00 to 16:30 and from 21:00 to 01:00, GMT. I'd prefer the later, but the former works too.
I say we unban Notre Dame and we keep the usual number of city states.

Reading a bit about G&K multiplayer, it seems there are some exploit you can do against City States. First, it seems that demanding gold from CS on difficulties Prince and below is overpowered and easily abusable. Second, it seems you can declare war and sign peace in the same turn against a CS, making it possible to capture workers and even the CS without ever being attacked (CS's will always accept peace).
I say we ban demanding gold from CSs and we ban declaring war and peace on the same turn. You have to at least wait one turn before asking for peace.

We had Worker steals banned in PBEM1, I would suggest considering the same here (if you liberate a Worker stolen by barbs, you're of course not obliged to return him)

No we didn't, you and I both did one.
I don't really think they need to be banned. For two reasons:
1. Worker steals have their own risk/reward payoff: You get a free worker but you have negative influence with that CS for 60 turns. This might be especially hurtful if there are less city-states in the game (less so with more options)
2. At what point does a worker steal become a legitimate war with a city-state, and where do we draw the line? If a player declares war on a city-state, steals their worker, pillages some tiles, takes a few hits in return and then makes peace a couple turns later, is that still a worker steal?

I was suggesting banning worker steal. Just ban declaring and making peace at the same turn (because you can conquer city states without taking any hits this way) and ban the demang gold abuse (which, frankly, I don't know exactly how it works).
