Hey, it was 5 workers last turn! lol
I started another worker in Feros.

I didn't think of workers when founding 3 cities and getting techs for spices, wine..

Two religions the same turn! Christianity was actually founded by TT the exact same turn it spread to us.

We hooked up second Spices. Here's a deal I sent out. If it doesn't work out, we should ask gold per turn from someone.
I have no idea what would be a good amount though.

SoZ city as requested! I started a market for gold and specialist slots, but opted for Ballista Elephant because we need to get this thing going.

Power graphs as requested. Note that the power rating is not a good way to measure military strength.
Stuff like techs and population affect the power rating. Scouting is the real key to see what people have,
and what they can emergency whip if they come under attack.

I'm also going to be playing in a Civ5 PBEM. Go check it out if you are interested smile
I'll link to my thread once I've created it.

Link to my Civ5 PBEM 2 thread.
It's something a little different.

Civil Service set us back a lot. Us and Cornflakes are the only one who didn't manage to trade for it (or trade it away). I think people are starting to organize some kind of anti-Cornflakes alliance, as I can't imagine any other reason he didn't get CS from trades. This is supported by the fact that AT asked me to stop trading with Cornflakes. Cornflakes is winning the war against Azza. Azza even missed a turn, which is a big no-no during war, and we apparently aren't reloading for him. Cornflakes might be starting to run away with the game once he finishes Azza, but I think it's still to our best interests to keep trading him (and help ourselves). We are also going to be pissing people off once we declare war, so I'd rather have two targets for the others than just us.

I might have a small video to show soon™

Game's been paused for days.
In general the pace has been crap for the last few weeks.
Which is fine with me, because I've had lots of rl work to do this month.

I'll mention one thing. We'll go to war soon.
I'm starting to think it was not the right decision, and perhaps I should have kept playing "dynamic" like how I began.
I think a lot will depend on whether they see it coming.
If they get to prepare for us, we won't gain much.
If longbows are out, we'll have a tough time.

A third opportunity reveals itself.
He has an army, that's for sure. But it's in the west.
One risk is if Cornflakes is struggling to defend against him, then Brick would get instant peace with Cornflakes and instead turn on us.

Preparations are near the end. We will march strong, but we will leave ourselves vulnerable to counter-attack.
But we can't afford to waste any power by leaving a sizable chunk of our army behind.
Teaser / Reveal video will come out first, then more in-depth pics of our overall state and plans.
