WW22 - Diaries of the Madmen

I don't know what thestick was aiming for with the setup, so I don't have a great defense against the variety argument. But like I said at the time:

It is structured like my role PM. I just summarized and paraphrased it.

That's not true. The quote is right there.

And I didn't attack Gazglum for being the blocker. At that point it was just a pressure vote. I did come back later and say that Gazglum could be either paired with Jkaen (i.e. the block was a lie), or he could be the blocker.

The rest of my suspects I'd order like this
Q (scummiest), Uber, Ryan, Jkaen (least scummy)

They're all suspicious, unfortunately.

I can't actually remember a single thing Q has said or done that gives a town lean. Oh except claiming miller when someone else could have the same role. Maybe that pushes him behind Uber on the list.

Uber has played it pretty tight, his only real town lean is that he pushed Mattimeo a bit on day one.

Ryan - I don't see how Gaz can call him obvtown, his play hasn't been, so the only thing really is that 2.5 wolves is a lot less than 11/3, and 3.5 wolves is an unfair setup. Although the "one third" mention in TheStick's OP may indicate that he thinks 33% scum is a good ratio, when in reality 25% should be more than enough on RB.

Jkaen looks like a villager from tone, and if he's scum he lied about his tracking result on night 2 - but why would he do that? Surely tracker is his real ability either way.

Ok so Jkaen is likely town, which means he was blocked on night 2. Scum had to fear a watcher, so it seems quite likely that Zak was the one doing the blocking. Having Q or Uber as another role blocker that blocked Jkaen on night two seems like one coincidence too many.
I have to run.

Because you feared a watcher seeing you visit Jkaen?

Shouldn't I be more worried about a watcher seeing me not visit you?

If I needed to make up a last minute excuse for visiting Jkaen, then whipping up a claim that required me to make two visits seems like an odd choice.

So yeah, village, lynch one out of Zak, Q and Uber. And keep in mind what the scum duo you pick out implies about the total role distribution between village and scum.

One point in Zak's favor is that he apparently misunderstood the chronology of the neighbour thread. He's clever enough to fake that though.

Reactions to me pointing out the Gaz inconsistency:
Zak: Nice catch
Ryan: Brilliant, Novice
Jkaen: I'm unsure but it's the bestest lynch
Q: Uh unvote I haven't caught up yet
Uber: Gaz is scum and is fishing for the rest of the info

I'm not sure what's scummiest of these but I find it interesting to list the reactions. Uber does seem determined to secure the lynch and dismiss any and all attempts to defend by Gaz as fishing.

Fair point.

Bugger.
GG novice.

Not sure who I suspect most at this point, but I'll wait for night actions.

Yeah, I'd like to hear from Ryan and Uberfish, and then Jkaen should give us his results. I can go whenever, though later would be better in terms of possibly catching someone in a lie.
