no because he logged in again after playing turn. so that's where the reload would be from. so it's still your turn

There are two hours left on the clock for TEAM to play, if no one objects I'll pause (I don't think missing war turns is a good idea).
Edit: Tas might be stuck in a diplo screen when he tries to log in - I don't know how that works - is it just something to do with Macs?
