Yes, Riot knows and tried to fix it yesterday. Apparently didn't work if it's still happening.
That's only on NA and BR servers afaik.

How do you guys manage your league of legends abstinence? I have currently been without hi-speed Internet for almost 4 weeks and the knowledge that it will take another 5 weeks for me until I am in a developed part of the world again makes me really really sad. :-(
Any suggestions?

That site is a little heavy on pictures for my "dial-up modem" speed internet... No litterally i get fucking 8KB/s from the shitty mobile broadband i use here.. Is there any site which in game-FAQs style provide a simple text document which is nicer on my shitty internet connection? cry

Unfortunately.... none I know of. The days of GameFAQs in text-format seem to have been slowly dying.
