Funny how Mattimeo of all players is the one to actually ask for more information after PB hinted at it while everyone else seems happy to just wait for the lynch. But I guess they simply came to the conclusion that there is no reason for PB to lie so uberfish has to be the wolf. And the only reason for that seems to be that they do believe it is impossible that the wolf had targeted uberfish or that PB could be the wolf. Which in itself makes no sense imo. Even if they are right, using this day for more than just gloating would probably make more sense.

I'd vote uberfish, but there would at least be the sneaking suspicion that he was innocent, so he has played well. If he is scum he might have given up, but his play here at least keeps some suspense going, and some are probably starting to suspect he may be village but still keeping the vote due to circumstances and best odds of a lynch.

So while the voting hasn't been exciting, the flip will be.

He acted quite scummy in days 1 & 2- maybe he could have had an easier time convincing people today if he had appeared more town before.

well to be fair, uber always looks scummy. I think he does that on purpose, tbh, to establish that as a baseline so he doesnt give away tells when he is scum.

Just to clarify, I've read just few bits of the thread, so this is more a guess than a reasoned conclusion (i.e. it has more chance of being right ).

Why would anyone write a post so big when it's set that Uber will be lynched? Maybe PB just have a different MO than most of our more usual players or maybe he's just having his fun. But I believe that this is a wolf ploy!

Sure, uber. You're a wolf/scum/bad guy/etc. Your reaction to PB's claim is why I believe that. If you were a good guy, the most likely reason for the chain of events is that PB isn't. Heck, PB has a history of elaborate deceptions, it's not far fetched that this is another. If you're innocent, you make that case, and you're likely to win. Perhaps posthumously, but win.

The other possibilities are:
That a wolf targetted you, one of the two most suspected remaining villagers (other one is Gaspar). Somehow they've decided to kill the mislynch targets in lieu of the innocents.

Or, that a wolf sent in a no-kill to frame you. Which is plausible, only if it's zakalwe or pocketbeetle himself; no one else seemed to be around who could have reacted that fast.

The only response that makes sense as a villager, accusing PB of making everything up, is the one thing you've carefully avoided. Which only makes sense if you're a wolf, and can't afford to have PB flip town before you've got all your mislynches done.
