I guess the Spanish lost a city to the barbs?
Either that, or CFC razed a Spanish city, and a barb city popped up in its place. I'm not sure how to reconcile that with Civstats, though it doesn't have to happened this turn. It was probably a brand new city. Maybe its founding looked like a tech, and its capture a whip?
Well, I'm just stumped. But on to more fruitful things, namely T137!
First, CFC didn't turn on research last turn, but continued to stockpile gold. Ie, both Apolyton and CFC are planning on running some deep beeline. In Apolyton's case I wouldn't be surprised if they're going to push for Economics and the free GM. What CFC plans is harder to tell, though a push towards Guilds is quite likely there too. GNP analysis shows no new known techs, and our demos continue to be disgusting, despite having three rivals in a golden age. WPC increased their score with 12, and with no pop increases I think they researched a classical tech. APTmod shows a spike in their power, so I put in a tentative Iron Working. The Spanish gained 14 score, and likely received 4 land score (from tracking the rival worst in land), and grew a single city for 2 score (total 41 pop). Thus I think it's possible their land score is bugged this turn, and they researched a classical tech. I note down a tentative Monarchy, which also fits with their huge drop in GNP this turn (via APTmod), but they also had a sizable increase of power this turn. Their current list of techs is quite tentative. Apolyton gained 10 score and grew 3 known cities, and I think they gained a total of 4 pop and have a total of 65 or maybe 66 pop, together with some land score. The Germans gained 20 score, and grew 3 cities for 8 score, putting the rest of their increase on a classical tech. APTmod shows a sizable GNP drop, so I put in a tentative Monarchy, though Code of Laws is just as likely. They also had some power increase, and according to the APTmod graph they are the new rival best in power. CivFr gained 5 score, and land tracking tells one of them should be from land, and I guess the rest comes from 2 pop growths. The increase of 20,000 in rival best population implies one city growing to 3 and one to 2. CivPlayers gained 19 score. Visible pop didn't increase, but I think they researched a classical tech and grew up to three cities. CFC gained 10 score from 4 visible pop growths, and now have 109 pop total. Univers gained 2 score from growing their capital to size 13. Of interest is that none of the cities that were whipped last turn grew on the interturn. Global power rose with 58000 as the turn rolled, but it was divided over quite a few teams - all the players we have graphs on but CFC had increases.

Perhaps a barb city autorazed by the Spanish? If you're only seeing the first ring borders, those will get a slight amount of Spanish culture even just from the partial time in between capturing and it autorazing. What I'm not entirely sure of is how civstats would handle a barb autoraze. I was under the impression that it usually would show a score increase and then a corresponding score decrease with a raze, but on an autoraze that might be different/too instantaneous for civstats to pick up?
Possible, but at least it's a decent theory. Will have to get a unit down there or share maps with the Spanish (or CivFr) to know fore sure. Not that I think it matters much.

T137 report, builds.
I checked the various finished builds in visible cities, and most of them are of buildings. WPC: Arctica probably finished a barracks. Their other finished builds were units, of the following minimum hammers: 49 (probably catapult), 33 (axe or spear), 27 (chariot). Spanish: Chinook performed a 1-pop whip, going from 9H (last turn) to 43. Likely a monument. Apolyton: Port Boreas finished a hammam. The city still lacks a lighthouse, despite often using the coastal tiles. German: Wismar did a build switch, from 42H -> 4H. CivFr: Saumur finished a library. CivPlayers: Xochicalco finished a library, and Tzintzuntzen a sacrificial altar. Tlaxcala finished a unit of at least 31H, probably an axe or spear. CFC: Hansa performed a build swap, going from 8H to 0H. Most of their cities seems to be pushing hard for infrastructure. Univers: Babaorum now has a forge and Yapamordum a market, so Metal Casting and Currency are confirmed for them. Dantonsternum finished a library.

Happiness analysis
While noting down builds I also analysed the sources of happiness for the various teams. WPC: Runs hinduism as state religion, but no active spreading of it or temples. Has finished a single colosseum, has two happy resources, and gets another one from CFC. I don't know what they give in return. Spanish: Relies on colosseums and CHM monuments. Has a single happy resource. Apolyton: HR. Runs taoism as state religion, and has spread it actively. Some temples. Has two happy resources. Has built some forges and several hammams. Germans: 2 happy resources, and receives 2 happy resources in trade from us. Wolfratshausen can add two more happy of their own (net one extra). They are highly reliant on happy traded from us, and from Wolfratshausen. CivFr: HR. 4 happy resources, and even trade one away entirely (incense to Univers for pigs). Likely uses ball courts. I think they have more trouble with health than with happy, since they trade several spare happy for health. CivPlayers: HR. Buddhism as state religion, which they spread actively and build temples. 2 happy resources, and will add 2 more soon via their newest city (west of Ditchdigger). CFC: Representation (via Pyramids). Judaism as state religion, which they spread actively and build temples. 3 happy resources. Univers: HR. 3 happy resources. Ie, once we invade the Germans and even more when we take Wolfratshausen (which we should do early), the German team will not only have to deal with two invading teams, but also with crippling unhappiness (effective loss of 3 happy resources), meaning they will have to rely on HR happiness, which will in itself tie down their army and make counterattacks less likely.

I'm away from Civ Saturday and most of Sunday, so would appreciate any screen shots taken and posted here.
My list: F1 F2 F4 tech trading F8 F9 demos and cities I also note down the GNP values for each tech we can research, to check if any other team knows them already. Slider setting doesn't matter, as long as it's 10% or more. Then I grab max-zoomed out screen shots of all the known land of our rivals. Doesn't matter if it's with or without the culture overlay.

Back again, and been taking a lot of screen shots and notes.
WPC: Now confirmed as knowing Iron Working, probably researched on T131 or T137. They have cleared and pastured the pig outside Southron Shores, so the city can now finally start to amount to something, more than 30 turns after it was founded. They might have researched an ancient tech this turn, tentatively noted down as Polytheism. 67 total pop. Spanish: No new techs. Have 41 total pop, and received some land score on T138. Apolyton: Has continued to stockpile gold, now up to 884, with a rate of circa +125gpt. No new techs, but their known pop has hardly increased since T137. Instead, most of their monster score increase came from finishing Oxford University in Aurora. Expect a lot of techs to fall very rapidly to this team in the coming turns. Germans: Have 85 total pop now, and Construction has been confirmed. Probably has four classical techs now, but I'm far from sure. CivFr: Researched Machinery this turn. CivPlayers: May have finished a classical or even medieval tech this turn, or a national wonder. They have had score increases of 14 and 23 points the last two turns. CFC: Have grown in pop, and are now up to 115 pop. Received a great engineer in Terasvin this turn, but likely due to sheer chance. Has spent a lot of their golden age stockpiling gold, and currently have 604g. Univers: Has grown several cities, and are probably up to 112 pop right now. APTmod shows no team that has started to react to our growing power yet. As usual, feel free to take a look at the C&D spread sheet.
