I'm tempted, but as the end of PBEM45 showed, I probably don't have the time to commit to this. I would be interested in possibly dedlurking someone, with an option of being more of a teammate if my R/L situation improves
What are the Mod options other than RBmod? I think all the FFH/EITB games are PBEM nowadays aren't they?
The Demogame is eating all my time at the moment, but when that finishes I'd like another pitboss... I'm unsure about RBmod for some of the reasons Seven outlines - mostly that I just about feel like I know what I'm doing in BTS now and don't want to be a beginner again. But if everyone else is beginners too (ish) then maybe that's okay.

I had the same reservations as Seven about the rbmod.. and still do, I guess. I was pretty scathing about it in scooters thread in pb5. I guess I've come around, just for the variety of it. It does change the meta, so its almost like a new game.. and after 7+ years of playing civ4 I appreciate that. same reason I got hooked on the Rhys and Fall civ 4 mod for 6 months or so last year.
harry, the big difference is the slavery nerf, and that workshops and specialists are stronger, and cottages are slightly weaker. and protective doesnt suck  .

Not recommended until Sareln has the time to find and fix the remaining bugs. Last I heard, he was neck deep in thesis writing, so that may be a while yet.

I'm tentatively interested assuming I fit the targeted group of players. It would be nice to get a chance to challenge some of the vets/top players here after eventually finishing our current greens game. However, my participation will greatly depend on when this game actually starts and somewhat on settings (I don't think I want to commit my time to something too exotic)..
I imagine I'll probably be interested when the time comes. One or more of my games will probably be finished by then.

Id be interested.
As far as I remember there are serious issues with simultaneous FFH - not sure if they could be modded out (sareln?) - which really limits the interest in pitboss. Workshops aren't directly stronger, just available earlier with their competitors nerfed.
Erebus in the Balance - a FFH Modmod based around balancing and polishing FFH for streamlined competitive play.
