[SPOILERS] Jowy & Stampy

AT still refuses peace.
I've decided to split my forces.

We lost the war, but maybe we can win a battle!

Yesss! Twinkletoes' stack is no more, apart from a few catapults.
He's already begging for peace, but we need Rannoch back first, either by re-capturing or as a term for peace.

AT is also retreating. I don't think we can take "ALF" back, so I sent him a peace offer for just techs and gold.
I'd rather have peace with AT before re-capturing Rannoch from TT, just in case AT changes his mind and goes for Eden Prime again.

We're -40 GPT in debt to Commodore & Brick, and Cornflakes & Qgq. Cornflakes asked us to stop trading with Brick, which I might accept later on if the mechanics allow breaking a GPT deal (our debt is 30 GPT to Brick, 10 GPT to Cornflakes). Cornflakes also asked for all our remaining GPT for Nationalism, but I obviously can't accept since we're already at 0% research.

TT logged in during my half, but judging from CivStats he accepted the peace offer, so I don't have to go complain about it.

He did accept it, but AT took Rannoch. NP, I'm asking for it and two techs for peace. That's a really fair deal to him, just because I'd rather go for the underdog climb even if it looks very difficult, than just focus on dealing maximum damage to AT.

Not chopping forests has been a huge obstacle to me on the AT front. I'm so embarrassed for a noob mistake like that. I did play a lot of multiplayer back in the day, and even a casual like me knew that you don't leave forests like that..

Threw 4 elephants at the Woodsman III Mace. Finally got rid of it, and I have 4 workers ready to chop the forest.
Doesn't look like AT is going to give up, he has reinforcements pouring in. In the long run I can't keep up.
But if he doesn't take any of the peace offers, I will just make it as painful as possible to him.

Hopefully he doesn't get smart and send his stack to my western cities.

There's a showdown next door!
I'll keep you updated if they don't! shades

Speaking of keeping you updated, well.. Nothing new in my war!
AT's reinforcements have arrived, but it won't be enough to capture Eden Prime.
Perhaps he's trying something sneaky, like a Knight stack attack on one of my other cities.

Called it, there's a single Galley heading towards me. I know for a fact that he has more galleys, so there might be more catching up.
I've sent some of my troops to defend against a surprise attack. I'll probably leave Noveria to die since it's a pretty useless city and only Size 3 after all the whipping.
But let's see if he brings more Galleys. If it's just one, then I might as well defend Noveria too.

Also my Spy was caught, so I need to send a new one to his lands to keep an eye on things such as surprise attacks. It will take a while though frown

How long was the spy in his land surveying things for you?

Played: Pitboss 18 - Kublai Khan of Germany Somalia | Pitboss 11 - De Gaulle of Byzantium | Pitboss 8 - Churchill of Portugal | PB7 - Mao of Native America | PBEM29 Greens - Mao of Babylon

10 turns maybe? I wish I had more spies because one can only cover so much.
My second one is by TT's lands checking whether he's going to re-attack, but he has barely any units.
I'll probably sneak in a spy build between units next turn.

I've also asked for Iron from Brick and Commodore. They might not be in a position to accept that though, in which case I'll settle a new city to grab the iron on my borders. Now that AT has guilds I'm fearing knights and would be nice to have some pikes around.
