The parking attendant claim was a joke. I'm guessing the miller claim is also a joke. We're just sprouting some nonsense to get people talking. (At least, that's what I'm doing.)

In terms of roleplay, I'm not feeling the "council of thirteen". So I reserve the right to substitute my own reality.
