I'd expect that level of humour from a gunners fan, not you.

Honestly, loathing for Pulis aside, I have no idea how he's gotten away with it for this long. How many players has he bought in the past 2 years that basically never play. Its one thing to do that at Man City, quite another to do it at Stoke. Of course, as Krill rightly mentions - who's coming? While I think the right manager could succeed with the talent they have (succeed being defined as stay in the division and not be the least fancied team in the country) its not the sort of job that appeals to an outsider, where the best you can do is basically to repeat the previous managers success while being less of a tool.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Martinez is one possibility, and tbh, I think it's not a good choice. The guy is constantly in relegation fights.
The reason Pulis got away for it "this long" was because he recognized (correctly IMO) that the first 3 seasons where all about getting the club established and used to playing regular EPL football, with a deep squad that can deal with injuries. He did that, but that was 2 seasons ago and he hasn't helped the club progress form that point. That's why he got fired, for the previous 2 seasons worth of none-improvement, but over the past 2 seasons the club has put into place additional personal like technical directors and shit. Another interesting point is John Rudge, director of Football (and former manage of the second local club Port Vale) who is about 1000 years old retired this summer. So there are changes to be had.

I used to look at the bottom 8-9 teams in the EPL and think "these teams are too good to go down", it feels like the quality is lower than it was 5 years ago. This is true for the entire league in my opinion as the current Man Utd team seems one of the weakest they've had since the early 90's, yet they still ran away with the title. Man City clearly fluffed their chances last summer by wasting money on nobodies, Arsenal + Liverpool are shadows of teams they had 5-10 years ago. Only teams like Spurs and Everton have really made strides forward and the former is all on one certain Mr Bale.
On the relegated teams, QPR are going to be really interesting because of the ridiculous wages they're paying out. If the owner decides to take a massive hit to his wallet they can get promoted right away, otherwise they could easily go down like Leeds/Charlton. Reading will be fine and be a good championship team, just like they were this year I guess. Wigan will become an average 2nd tier team for the next decade as they'll sell off 3-5 of their key players and replace with academy youngsters, expect managers to change regularly as fans will hark back to their "glory days" and be unhappy about their championship mediocrity.

Entertaining match which Bayern deservedly won. Looks like Dortmund ran out of steam in the 2nd half.

Very classy goal after some rather underwhelming efforts in the first half.

I mean, not for nothing, but Ribery and Dante both should have seen red, so I can't really say Bayern deserved to win. But it was fantastic football.

Neymar just signed with Barcelona. It'll be interesting to see him playing in Europe.
