WW24: The Ashes of Brigdarrow: VILLAGE WINS

Further down the list:

Azza Serdoa Lewwyn look rather townish to me.

Mattimeo too (although hard to read ).

Jkaens attack (vs me) is fitting for his village-self and zak so far has not given off too many wolf-vibes so I see no reason to lynch him today

General assumption is that a Vig doesn't shoot until they have an actual target, even if they have unlimited shots, yes?

Why would there be an even number of C? Novice was a one shot cop that means we can only have odd number of C (1,3 and 5 respectively).

I'm back. Couldn't post on sunday due to commitments. Saturday was night, so I took the day off.

I like Azza's posts, I think he's villager. I was agreeing a lot with his Gazglum case. Like I was agreeing with whomever made a case against Gazglum on day 1 (for consolling Brick, I think). Thingis, I think this is really in character for Gazglum, as is a lot of what he's accused of, even though it's things we usually see in scum play. So, I'll wait, though I could vote for him. Maybe I'm being eluded.

Ah, what was really bad about Gaz at first sight was his vote on me. Why do that after the case is up for like a billion years? And my case against SC is better too rolleye. Anyway, maybe he's trying to start new discussions... Hm...

I think attacks on Rowain are bad. I want to give BRick more time (defending yourself is really tiresome, especially if it struck you emotionally - demanding a case from him right now is a bit too much).

Lewwyn's attack against BRick remembers me of his attacks on me on that game where I was the 3-shot baner and he was a wolf. Not sure why people think he's villager. He may be a wolf that saw that he had to keep attacking BRick to stay in character.

Why don't people compare SC play at the beggining of day 1 to his play now? He was reactive then, not anymore. I think there's something wolfy here, but I don't want to spoil his game if he's villager by being annoying. Quite a lot will have to happen to make me stop suspecting him, so I guess I won't talk about it no more.

So you're trying to dismiss your case as 'too old'? You've never been pressured, why isn't it worth investigating.

They remind me of when he has hunted down my wolfy hide. Twice. Of course Lewwyn is a good enough player to fake it. Another bonus of a Brick lynch would be a better read on Lewwyn.

Why not? If you still suspect me put it out there. Am I currently more suspicious then Lewwyn, your current choice for lynch?

The mere fact of my actually being hard to read isn't a town tell in itself, given my record as scum? tongue

Typing error. Though I suppose it still works as "Not( 1M; even number of C)".

Only real town read I have at the moment is Serdoa. Lewwyn pushes too far as both town as scum, Azza's play in D1 still rings false, zak and Rowain seem to be acting in character but mostly kicking dust.

Ichabod you obviously haven't paid any attention to my posts in Day 1, because I was not focused solely on him that day. Today, he's done NOTHING. READ WHAT HE WROTE! We're 32 Hours into Day 2 and Brick STILL hasn't even voted.

Are you defending Brick, Ichabod? Why don't you actually read what he's written. Your ignorance is infuriating. Brick is bullshitting us.

I have to say I currently don't like any of the cases all that much. Gazglum made imo some good points when he answered me, Rowain doesn't seem all that unusual to me either tbh, though maybe a little quiet. I don't see the case on Lewwyn at all. Ichabod.. I'm not sure what the case actually is. slow, as a voter of him, could you summarize it shortly?

In general though, I get the feeling that I'm lost a little bit with no good tells to be seen. For me that means that we probably have our wolves within the silent group. That's mostly Mattimeo and BRick I think. BRick we discussed in detail and I do see Lewwyns point about him telling us that he would provide us with some analyses but isn't. I agree with that, but it isn't necessarily a scum-tell for me. Ultimately though I asked him already on D1 if he would be able to be around more and he isn't. I don't want this being a discussion point for the next day again, especially as that makes it also easy to hide if he is scum. Basically it just makes it impossible to get a good read.

Mattimeo I have no real read on. Though the post slowcheetah pointed out (Mattimeo stating that we have an even number of C despite it being an odd number certainly) made me reread his posts. Well, that actually was easier than I thought because:

1. Meta-analysis, vote for Azza because of his selfvote
2. Vote for Tasunke for not showing up
3. Answer to question why he parked his vote on Tasunke (leaving it there)
4. Meta, votes for Jkaen on the grounds of Jkaens bad post about novices kill

And that's it. There is a new post but that's mostly meta-stuff again. And actually after re-reading I think I like Mattimeos play so far even less than BRicks. Cruising along D1, following me on Azza, voting Tasunke early on and staying on him and apart from that just meta-speculation.

Mattimeo will you provide more than meta to this game?

For Serdoa, there is nothing conclusive with regards to Ichabod. But he keeps making out that stopping investigating him is the most protown move. Initially, I was sparked by his bribery of Zak:

Quote:Well, when Slowcheetah reveals as a wolf we can discuss if it was contrived or not.

And Wolfabod will do what's best to take Zak, the hunter, out of his feet:

BRickAstley

He's just shifting to a popular wagon, but he's stating he's doing it to appease Zak, who is a) a masterful herder and b) seems to appear village to almost everyone in the game. This gives his switch protown connotations.

His post today though subtly different also has a similar effect;

Quote:Ah, what was really bad about Gaz at first sight was his vote on me. Why do that after the case is up for like a billion years? And my case against SC is better too rolleye. Anyway, maybe he's trying to start new discussions... Hm...

The statement says to me the Ichabod case is old, so dragging it up again isn't protown. I don't see that as the case at all, and it pings scummy.

When coupled to his first day one case, a rather forced (as observed by villager Novice) Slowcheetah was playing reactive rather than active. There are hints of wolf there in my opinion and I think they bear investigation.

This post seems to imply that you view Ichabod as town. Any specific reason Lewwyn? Apologies if I've missed the reasoning earlier in the thread.

Mostly I hadn't seen anything from him that felt particularly scummy. Thought so far he was mostly in line with how he plays town so he has a village lean.
