I mean food would be nice, it's just that it's really difficult to find.

Most of the spots that get multiple food resources simply get a large downgrade one way or another in quality that, IMO, makes it not worth it. All of our cities have at least 1 food resource in first ring, that can do until we get Mysticism.

I'm thinking I want to go south now, since E/W will probably just show more ice and I want to see if it meets up with WilliamLP's lands.

Demographics. We should decide what to build in our new city when we get it founded. Since it will be before Pottery or Mysticism or anything, I vote Warrior.

So it turns out my Scout descision comes pre-made.

South it is!

Anyone have any bones so we can tame it?

Corn is done, Settler in 2T, I guess Workers will chop towards another Settler? What do you think?

[Image: Civ4ScreenShot0358_zps87585e61.jpg]

T30 Demos.

We're last this turn, so 2X TURN COMBO! GO TEAM!

Scout killed Wolf, taking a mere 0.1 damage, I will move it to the ice hill to heal and scout.

[Image: Civ4ScreenShot0360_zps3a0b5a67.jpg]

Like so.

Settler will be out EOT. Wheel in 3T. I will swap to Slavery when the Settler is done.

If we wanted a wonder, we could also do some forest pre-chopping...

Pre chopping and roading the tile seems like the best idea as we need to land either colossus or GLH if we want to keep up.

Got it. I'll do some pre-chopping, then the Workers will head towards Sam Walton to hook up the Corn there.

Turns out our Scout had 2T to heal, but I just took Woodsman I so that it could heal in 1T, seems worth it to get scouting up ASAP.

We revolt to Slavery this turn as the Settler finishes, heading on to Sam Walton's location. The overflow from the previous build will go into the Work Boat, which will then be whipped and that overflow will go into the Warrior. Sam Walton will be founded in 2T, which means we will get out our first city on T34. That sounds pretty fast for Normal, I reckon.

WilliamLP apparantly had a Score Change a while ago I missed on Civ Stats and it looks like he discovered Bronze Working. Here's some graphs.

Score:

GNP:

Also, Demographics (Our GNP and such is due to Slavery anarchy):

Alright so everything is looks good so far, now we do need to think, which wonder do we want, GLH or Colossus.

Also we can slowly grind William down with macemen catapult against longbow, but it might take too long.

Like I said, I'd like us to get a nice advantage against William, like Knights vs. Longbows, Maces vs. non-LBs and so on. How we go about that, who knows.

I would rather go after The Great Lighthouse because it has a more powerful effect, it can be build faster (Thus helping us sooner) and because, if we NEED one of them, I feel the Colossus is more risky because Industrious civs love to slingshot Metal Casting and because TGL's techs are more out of the way while MC is very popular. In addition, having TGL would make us more likely to, say, get the Colossus by getting MC faster. Plus, if there is anywhere for an island city, overseas TRs!

If that is the case, what should our research path be?

Pottery -> Sailing -> Masonry

Pottery -> Hunting -> Animal Husbandry -> Sailing -> Masonry(Seems too slow)
