Diplomacy Master Thread- Helping Your Opponents Beat Themselves

Hahahahahahahahahaha. Hey looks CFC showed their true colors. Too bad it is a few turns too late for us to effectively sabre rattle and marshal that army along our border over their diplo bullshit. Seeing the CFC reaction to our power spike in their thread postgame is going to be pretty funny.
We'd best leverage the next few turns before we DOW the Germans as best we can to bully the Western teams around while we can. Ceterum censeo CFC... (May 30th, 2013, 18:24)NobleHelium Wrote: @ GES. I agree with this. I think we should not respond to CFC for now, until we have something else to say. We should keep a couple of units in CFC territory to check for troop movements towards us. While we're throwing out fake messages we'd like to send to CFC...

Re CFC ... nothing irritates someone that wants to talk like that as much as a short message. Even nothing is less irritating. As such, I would suggest sending the following ...
Quote:Noted. It worked wonders when my a girl friend of mine sent me a 'Dear John' letter. Re CFC's communication - can we spin any of that to the other teams and get them on our side. Something that pulls out the key fact that CFC is plotting merry war against almost everyone on or around T175.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Given the reaction in this thread about revoking the resource deals, and CFC's general attitude, I am not so sure. And there is nothing wrong with some sabre rattling without declaring war. I'm sure CFC's massive whipped army has nothing to do with our buildup. If we do any diplo with CFC whatsoever we should confirm that the NAP remains in force and they aren't going to weasel their way out. I'm more pissed he quoted from the Show rather than the Book. Maybe we should send them the spoilers for Sunday in case he's been only watching the TV show? Embed it in the middle of a word salad so you accidentally read it. Quote:Hey CFC, Now, that would be cruel.

If we're going to send anything it needs to be very short and along the lines that Ruff suggested. Either that or nothing will be fine.
Of course, it would have been better weeks ago when we still had some leverage/opportunity.
