WW24: The Ashes of Brigdarrow: VILLAGE WINS

I have class from 2-4 but I'll try to end it early (being the teacher has its perks).

Day 2 most of hsi attack on Azza was about Azza's attack on me. Ie: Brick was defending me. I still thought it was a good case, but it was also probably the case that was going to make me feel warmest towards Brick, after voting for him Day 1.

Day 3, he's held back from voting most of the day, while you call him out as possible scum again. Now he's put his vote on Slowcheetah (had he raised questions of slow before?), who has been a secondary target for you all game. Again, it's a way of gaining support from someone who has been on his tail. And now you're ignoring Brick again, and putting slowcheetah on your lynch list.

Then why are you voting for Matt?

And I agree with this too... Brick also voted for Azza on Day 2 after I wrote earlier in the day I could be convinced to vote for Azza...

And this is the thing. This post:

Slowcheetah didn't really make an attack on me, as far as I know. Do you mean Zak's attack, that Slow quoted?

I really don't quite get why so many people have town-reads on Mattimeo. Yes, he's in character, but he's also not contributing much beyond meta, and I feel like he was avoiding responding to my questions. But I will bear in mind that you and others think I'm barking up the wrong tree. I would still like another response from him.

But for now I will re-read Brick and Azza. One outcome of the surprising Serdoa lynch is that the next night and much today has been all about that. It's provided a distraction from looking at the previous day's cases. The meta-discussion was another distraction. Whoever the other scum are, if Brick or Azza is a wolf, it was in their buddies' interest to pull attention away today while they lay low.

Doesn't sound faked the way that some of the longer posts I read did. This sounds pretty normal. rant

I was voting for Matt because I wanted more info from him than meta stuff.

I'm looking at Brick and Azza this afternoon, llke I said. I think I'll probably switch to one of them, but I want to reread them first.

Just to be clear as well, I think Zak's tone has been consistent the entire game, just because I don't like it doesn't mean he can't be villager. Its the same tone from ww17 so I guess I have to give the benefit of the doubt since everything seems to line up.

Well, if you want to try and read things that aren't true into what I do, I guess that's your prerogative. Gazglum, the reason that most of my attack on Azza dealt with you, is that I went through Azza's game up to that point post by post, and it just so happened that like half of those posts were due to dialogue between you two. That's not fabricated, it's what he talked about, and what I then talked about in return.

Also, wait, Lewwyn has been targeting slowcheetah?

[i]looks back[/b]

Okay, it looks like Lewwyn has said that slowcheetah looks scummy before, but that's pretty much all I see, one or two posts and a vote in day 2. I would think that if that was my goal I would do so in a more endearing way?

Also I just noticed, look at this funny coincidence:

Towards the end of Day 1-

Post 152 by Zak voting me
Post 153 by slow voting me

And now towards the end of Day 3-

Post 485 by Zak voting me
Post 486 by slow voting me

This kinda sorta looks like some scum deciding to jump together on the nice easy mislynch..... twice now. Does this look sketchy to anyone else?

It might, but for two things:

1 - That is working VERY closely togethr for scum
2 - Both times, you hadn't shown up to the party and delivered as you promised. There was good reason to vote for you.

Also, second time they're both going to bed, I agree that you're a good pressure target to linger on while they sleep.

Well I was on the crazy communicative scum team in 15, so the coordination wouldn't be out of the question, but yeah, i could see it being unlikely.

And to my activity, yeah, I haven't been around until late in the day lately, so I can't fault them for that. I've been very frustrated about my low level of activity myself, but excuses are meaningless at this point so I'll just do the best I can from now on.

Approaching being constructive, too tongue

BRick: As Gaz said, that's possibly a bit too closely synched to both be scum. I'd take is as one of them being suspicious, rather than both - and the sheep moreso than the leader.
